Teeling

Founded in 2015 in Dublin’s Liberties district, Teeling Distillery marked the return of whiskey distillation to the Irish capital after more than 125 years. Established by Jack and Stephen Teeling, whose family has been involved in Irish whiskey since 1782, the distillery is part of the modern revival of Irish whiskey. Teeling stands out for its innovative approach, particularly through the diverse use of cask finishes (rum, wine, port and more) and a distinctly contemporary identity. Its whiskeys are typically fruity and approachable, often featuring tropical fruit notes, gentle spices and a rounded character, while remaining rooted in Irish tradition.
