Founded in 1821 near Elgin in Speyside, Linkwood Distillery is renowned for the consistency and elegance of its style. Rebuilt and modernised several times, particularly in the late 19th century, it has maintained the delicate character of its spirit, highly valued by blenders. Primarily used in Diageo blends, Linkwood produces a refined and floral single malt, featuring orchard fruits, honey and gentle malty sweetness. Relatively discreet in official releases, it is especially sought after from independent bottlers for its purity and balance.
