Founded in 2005 by Francis and Ian Cuthbert, Daftmill Distillery is located in Fife, Scotland, on a working family farm that has been cultivated for generations. A true “farm-to-bottle” distillery, Daftmill produces whisky only during the farm’s quieter seasons (summer and winter), using exclusively barley grown on the estate. Its intentionally limited production and meticulous craftsmanship make Daftmill one of Scotland’s most sought-after small distilleries. The single malts are known for their purity and elegance, offering notes of fresh cereals, orchard fruits and a refined malty sweetness that faithfully reflect their agricultural origin.
