Description

Founded in 1798 in Pitlochry, at the gateway to the Highlands, Blair Athol Distillery is one of Scotland’s oldest working distilleries. Supplied by the pure waters of the Allt Dour burn, it has long played a key role in the production of major Scotch blends, most notably Bell’s. Its style is defined by a rich and structured single malt, offering notes of dried fruits, gentle spices and a rounded malty sweetness. Although much of its production is destined for blends, Blair Athol is appreciated by enthusiasts through selected official releases, including the Flora & Fauna expression, which showcases its warm and generous character.
